Exchange policy

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds, but we're happy to exchange items that meet the conditions below.

1. Exchange eligibility

• Exchanges are accepted within one week (7 days) of the original purchase or delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging (including the original shoe box and tags).
• Please bring your original receipt or order confirmation.

2. How to exchange

Exchanges are made in store at our Amman branch: Khalda Circle, Dabouq – Khalda, Amman, Jordan. If you can't visit, call or WhatsApp us on +962 79 640 2121 and we'll help you.

3. Stock availability

Exchanges depend on the availability of the item you'd like instead. If it isn't available, we'll give you store credit for the value of your purchase.

4. Non-exchangeable items

Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging can't be exchanged.
